Please make sure you have all of your correct flight details for both departures and arrivals (getting this wrong can lead to delays).
Please try and give us as much notice as possible for your booking (particularly if you are leaving very early in the mornings) If your booking is for tomorrow please call us for the booking 0800 PARK4U.
Please leave us only your car key and any immobilizers/alarms.
For Arrivals into Christchurch (Your flight back home)
Double check and triple check the DATE of your arrival into Christchurch.
If your flight arrives at midnight please select the day before and put 23:59 as the arrival time. e.g. If you fly from Australia and arrive on a flight at 12:30am on a Saturday you should put down Friday's date and for the time select 23:59 this way your vehicle is taken to the airport on a Friday when we close and not a Saturday.
There is a field in the In the booking form called Origin Date of Departure... please select the DATE that you DEPART your ORIGIN. e.g. 25/10/2010 Departing Brisbane. This way we KNOW we will get the right day. Please if you are not sure ask and we can help you.
If your returning flight is delayed then we usually already know about this, however if you are on a different flight or have made another arrangement for the vehicle to be collected then you must let us know.
