FAQHow do I get to you?Click on the location map at bottom of the home page.Do I need to make a booking? Yes, you can call us on our freephone, book online or send us an email. I arrive at midnight...does that mean I pay for an extra night? No as we charge only by night. We will take your car to the airport on your last day of storage however, you will need to pay to exit the airport car park. How much does it cost? Our storage rates are on a sliding scale the longer you are the away for the cheaper it costs! See our rates page. How do I get to the airport? If you depart during our hours of operation then we deliver you in our courtesy van for free. If you depart outside business hours you leave your car in the airport carpark and we collect it. What if I am arriving very late at night? We deliver your car to the airport car park and keys are left at the pre-arranged handling agent. I don't know the layout of the new airport terminal car park? Thats fine we do and if needed we can email or post you a map. Do you meet me at the terminal? Yes we will collect you if you arrive during business hours from the pick up area. Do you take me down in my car? No we use our courtesy van but we can by special arrangement. Who drives my vehicle when I am away? Only our experienced drivers and anyone you may authorise (no authorisation means no release of your car) Should I have a car cover? You can however, given our airport location and the airport's strict controls any cover must be tied down and we will accept no responsibility for any damage caused. (our experience suggests car covers are only good for vehicles parked indoors) What hours are you open? See hours of operation page. What if I need someone to access my vehicle when I am away? You must advise us of who, when and why. What happens if I need to come back early...do I need to let you know? Yes. Can you re-fuel the car for me? Yes. Am I covered by your insurance whilst the vehicle is there? Yes but read our terms and conditions. |
