How It WorksLeaving Your Car With Us.Craddocks is located right on Christchurch Airport so this allows you time to come directly to us before your flight. In the office we will check your details of your vehicle and flights plus any additional services that you require.We load you and your luggage into our courtesy van and deliver you to the terminal whilst one of our experienced drivers will park your vehicle into our secure indoor or outdoor facility.If your leaving on an early flight before we are open.We can cater for flights outside our opening times by getting you to leave your vehicle at the terminal car park. As soon as we open we will collect your vehicle and bring it back to our facility. You MUST be booked in to use this service. We will send you by email or post written instructions of what to do with your keys. (For security purposes this information is not disclosed until your booking is confirmed)The parking fees incurred at the airport are added to your storage costs. On Your Return.When you arrive back to Christchurch either Domestically or Internationally give us a call on our courtesy phone at the airport. (It is important that you use this phone as it will connect directly with our office and whilst our courtesy van comes to collect you we will be getting your car ready at the yard, this will save delays).Please make sure you have all the members of your party and ALL your luggage. Do not call us until you receive your luggage as we cannot wait at the pick up area and sometimes your luggage can take forever. If your returning after we are closed.Again we can cater for your late return. One of our specialist drivers will take your vehicle to the terminal carpark. We will then have your keys at a secure location at either Domestic or International. For security reasons we will only give you further details should you book. You will then have to pay the relevant terminal parking fees.Click Here For Our Operating Hours If you are departing outside our operating hours AND returning outside our operating hours.This is very common for our International travelling customers. A booking is required and the earlier the better so we can get some key information to you. We will need your credit card number by phone (online bookings coming soon) where we will take an authorisation (similar to a hotel) and you will be charged once we have collected your vehicle from the terminal and paid the airport carpark fees on your behalf.(See our FAQ for more info). As per above your vehicle is then taken down to the terminal car park and your keys delivered to our handling agent.
